They didn't rip the ticket at the door,I still have the whole tk., no seats on the floor, everyone just sat on the gym floor, nobody stood up.Great show and everyone was impressed with the "HAT"we were hooked. BBA were tremendous, just an all-round great night!!

16 December... New York, NY ... Village Theater

Foghat headlined a show at The Village Theatre NYC . The Fabulous Rinestones w/ Kal David and Harvey Brooks opened, They did a fine set.This was the old Fillmore East, so Foghat were very familiar with the surroundings.This was a "HAT" crowd and the band was on fire.I remember a very atomic "Leavin Again", also the crowd was sitting most of the night but as they started doing I Just Want To Make Love To You and the song started building to the explosive beginning the people just went nuts, the lights came up and everyone was boogien'!!!I will never forget that night, a very special show.One of the first headliningshows as they opened for a lot of bands in 1973! I'll keep in touch, keep the flame alive!!
