Foghat fans in the know, had long anticipated the release of Road Cases, surviving in the interim on the Summer Daze tracks. Fans were not disappointed by the hard driving and fun loving efforts of the band and crew on this CD. Coupled with two studio tracks, the live songs presented capture the essence of a Foghat concert... damn good music and a whole lotta fun!
 Subsequently re-released by SPV Records in 2001, Road Cases (Vers 2) now spans 2 CD's with the addition of Stone Blue and It's Too Late to the song list. Road Cases (Vers 2) often features different recordings of the original songs and a slightly different song order from that listed above (Fool For The City is the 3rd song on Vers 2).
